2. 第一次派活：会说话就会用
本关目标：掌握好任务的三个要素，完成第一次文件创建与修改

好任务三要素：目标（要什么）、位置（放哪）、验收（怎么算好）。缺哪个，agent 都会用猜测补上——猜对了是运气，猜错了是你的锅。
示范：「在当前目录新建 notes.md，写入三行自我介绍，第二行要提到你在学 agent。」——目标、位置、验收全齐。
改需求的正确姿势是追加而不是重启：「很好，把第二行改成……」比重新描述整个任务好，上下文是 agent 的记忆，重启就丢了。
一次只派一件事。一口气列五件事，agent 会做，但你对每件的控制力都会变弱。
